For over 25 years, Care of Sweden has adhered to its core values: improving individuals’ quality of life by reducing unnecessary suffering. The company has witnessed how its products enhance sleep and comfort, which in turn leads to better care outcomes. 

“We know that those who use our products achieve great results,” notes Högberg. 

Even though completely eliminating pressure ulcers/injuries may be impossible, Care of Sweden continues to strive to get as close to the goal as possible, without compromising its values. 

Ongoing product development 

From the beginning, Care of Sweden decided to develop its own products, a strategy that has led to a constantly expanding product portfolio. Their innovations include mattresses in both foam and air segments, with ongoing development. 

“There are always new ways to continue evolving,” says Högberg. 

The company also aims to ease the workload of healthcare staff by designing autonomous systems that require minimal handling and maintenance, allowing staff to focus on patient care rather than technical equipment. 

Organic growth and global expansion 

Care of Sweden has primarily grown organically and plans to continue on this path. With a strong presence in markets such as the Nordic countries, Australia, and New Zealand, the company is now expanding into other parts of the world, with a new sales office in Singapore and a factory in Latvia to meet increased demand. Although the company has previously acquired a few smaller firms, the plan is to continue growing independently while maintaining its strong organic growth.
