A Conversation with Alexandra Andersson, Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs at Care of Sweden

Pride in making a difference
Alexandra shares that she feels proud of her work when she hears stories about how the products have a positive impact on people’s lives.

 She also describes the company’s core values – Knowledge, Happiness and Care – as central to her work. These values permeate everything at the company and define what makes Care of Sweden unique. 

“Our values – Knowledge, Happiness and Care – represent three important qualities that we should always share with others, actively seek in others, and expect to receive in return,” says Alexandra. 

A sense of community and purpose
As the conversation draws to a close, Alexandra reflects on what has meant the most to her during her time at Care of Sweden. She says that the strong sense of community and teamwork has been crucial. 

“My colleagues create an environment that is both professional and supportive. Additionally, I’ve had the opportunity to focus on projects I’m truly passionate about, in areas where I feel I can make the greatest impact,” Alexandra concludes.
